Easiest lob wedge out of sand and thick rough
31 October 2014
Summary: I love these clubs. Had 4-9 and then added pw SW aw and lob wedge. I'm a 9index and figure why not stretch the game improvement through the whole set? I can soon this lob wedge. The bounce is progressive so with the higher lofts you can open the face and no worries of blading them. Yet they have such generous bounce that it feels like cheating. For $60 these are a steal. I'd pay double that.
Summary: I'm a hybrid fan as I have always had trouble with irons other than short irons, i.e., wedges, etc. I bought the Jmax gold looking for something to fill in the gap between my 3 wood and a 23 degree hybrid I carry in my bag. I tend to play a fade with this club whereas normally I play right to left. I haven't hit it that much as of yet so it may just require a little more practice on my part.
Summary: My driver is great off the tee but when I have a lot of fairway to the green this 2 iron works great. For me it gets about as much distance as my 3 wood, but with much more control of the ball.
Summary: so easy to hit and flight is great pops straight up and lands softly. the swing weight is great , it slides thru the sand better than my vokey but i still like my vokey but will be using this club more and am sure i will get even better with practice.have the rest of the set and this is a great addition.

Summary: I've been very satisfied with the performance of the entire set of Tour Edge Bazooka JMAX-Gold Iron-Woods from SW-3 Iron and the Bazooka driver with 14 degree loft is good for 275 yards off the Tee or a great escape out of the rough or from short fairway grass. Highly recommend the Bazooka JMAX clubs.
Tour Edge Bazooka J-Max hybrids are so easy to hit, I ordered a whole set !

Summary: My first encounter with the Bazooka line was at a golf shop that was closing down. There I picked up a Tour Edge Jmax #2 hybrid with the stepped platform sole. I needed a very low lofted club and had heard low lofted hybrids are much easier to hit compared to irons. Most are pricy but this club was a bargain. Well, it played so great on the course that I soon ordered a #4 and a #6 off e-bay, again much lower in cost than other hybrids.
Summary: This is a fantastic Club for getting out of the Rough. Allot of times you get in the 2nd cut of rough or even the first and your normal PW gets hung up on the grass. This Club goes right thru that with ease and gets the ball up in the air and that is what you want. I just also got the SW from this same manufacturer Tour Edge - Bazooka. It is wonderful as well and is a 54 degree.. I recommend these clubs highly...
