Summary: Great set of irons. I got them because it had the Aldila shafts which are perfect for my swing.I'm hitting them all very good except for the 9 iron. Other than that I got a good set which is going to last me a while.
Summary: I've played several rounds of golf since receiving these clubs. I'm getting the same distance I had when I was in my twenties and thirties, I'm 67 now. The clubs are very forgiving, on toe hits or slight mishits the ball still goes about the same distance and direction.
Summary: You can't go wrong with anything Titleist makes. I have a set of 712 AP2's,Mizuno MP59's and MP32's. I keep an AP1 4 & 6 in the bag because they are so easy to hit. I've tried them all but IMHO Titleist just kills it for golf equipment. Their products set the industry standard for design and innovation.
Excerpt: I bought these clubs as a Christmas gift to myself. I have a pro and con for them. The pro is that they have given me a soft feel with ball contact and have help keep me straight down the fairway. The con for me is that the distances are a club shorter than my old clubs. So, I have been going through an adjustment period.
Summary: even though i'm a beginner, i have no doubts that these are the best irons i've ever played. glad i made the switch from ping isi k and taylormade rbz. the shafts are awesome. nice solid feel to them. very rewarding when struck well yet quite forgiving when not. medium to high launch depending on how you address and swing. improved my game and gave me confidence to really hit the shots. feels great, sounds great, increases yardage, more directional control...
Excerpt: I have been a Titleist homer my whole life. Nearly every club in my bag has been Titleist for years. I recently test hit these irons, and my initial reaction was "Whoa.... that exploded with ease!" I am currently replacing my old cavity back irons for a more advanced iron, but unfortunately due to my last job I have not been able to play the last few years. Now that I got a new gig, I will be able to play a lot more like my old days.
Summary: I'm in my 50's havent played for 30 years my son took it up and thought i'd start up again and play with him.I bought him a cheap set of Srixon's and he got me a cheaper set, he doesnt work and goes to uni. we both enjoyed it and took to the game like a duck to water(he plays footballs and cricket so is sporty)after playing for a few month he definatly need a game improver and i felt i could get back to were i used to be.
You cannot go wrong by spending money on Titleist irons....

Summary: The clubs are very much what I expected them to be, and that is great. I had played the irons from the demo set at my club this summer and I was very excited to be able to by such a fine product off of eBay and save several hundred dollars. These irons allow me to work the ball left and right and I think the irons will add another 5-10 yards to each iron from my previous Ping i3 irons that were great but 7 years old or so.
