Summary: Purchased a 909H to replace 3 iron. Switched all my equipment from Ping to Titliest, and this Hybrid is easier to hit than the Ping G10, although I am a 4 handicap so it should be easy I guess. This club sits very square, no offset to speak of which provides confidence at set up. Titleist has did a nice job here as the ball explodes off the face. Mid handicapers can hit this club easily. One complaint is the headcover is a joke.
Summary: Having already playing the Titleist 909H 3 wood, I knew what I could expect when I bought this club. While Titleist clubs have a reputation as a "players" club, these new fairway woods are fairly easy to hit. They have a nice high trajectory and are easy to get up in the air as long as you do not try to help it too much. A nice smooth swing produces high, soft landing shots from the fairway.
Summary: This club is not for a mid to high handicap player (9 or lower)... It sits square and has very little offset and can be easily hooked... with that said like every hybrid I have ever played it just takes a little practice and getting use to... As for feel and play it is the top of the line you can expect from Titleist... Titleist service is top notch with almost any shaft available for custom upgrades.
