Summary: I bought this driver because I was ballooning my TM Burner with 10.5 degrees and wanted an inexpensive replacement. I kid you not folks, forget about the R11 or R1 or whatever else is new to the market, save your money AND BUY ONE OF THESE. This thing is crazy long, its an amazing driver. Today is 6/29/2013, and this driver is as long and as straight as anything thats on the market today.
Summary: I love this driver head and this is the 2nd supertri I have bought. I put a John Daley shaft on the first 1, and will put an Accuflex LD PRO on the 2nd. I should be crushing the ball off the tee box...The only thing I don't like about the Supertri is that the face gets scratched very easily.
Summary: This driver is great! I am a 3 handicap (107 mph swing speed) and a bit of a traditionalist. I have never liked the new white drivers, but I still want to take advantage of technological advances... So I bought this driver in 9.5* with a project x 6.5 shaft and set the adjustable hosel to NU. Boring trajectory, long carry and a beautiful 10yd draw. The biggest surprise was the feel.
Buy it for accuracy and forgiveness, not for extra yardage.

Summary: I just received my Taylormade R9 Supertri TP. This club has an 8.5 deg of loft and a fubuki 73gr, x stiff flex, shaft. I just went to the range and hit approx 60 golf balls. The club performed excellent!!! I really have never hit 60 drives with that type of accuracy before. I did still have 6-7 errant shots, but all the others felt great. I feel a great deal of the accuracy improvement came from the forgiveness of the Supertri and the x stiff shaft.
I have the SuperTri and the Super Deep The Tri is Longer and a Great Deal

Summary: I have actually have the Superdeep driver and got a Mint Supertri here on Ebay, for a great Price :) The Supertri is an 8.5 loft I actually hit it about 10 yards further than my Superdeep an 9.5. I believe its from the extra roll I get from the Supertri. But the Superdeep is much easier to work the ball with hitting draw's or fades and that's what it was meant to do and what Taylormade Designed the club to do.
Summary: A KEEPER. I HAVE OWNED OVER 10 DRIVERS IN THE LAST YEAR. MY SEARCH IS OVER. GREAT DRIVER. LONG AND FORGIVING. I BOUGHT THE TP MOTORE 65 STIFF SHAFT. LIGHT BUT NOT WHIPPY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DRIVER.
Summary: I've owned several Taylormade drivers. This is by far my favorite. Adjustability is the key for the average golfer. ALso the TP series is worth the extra money. the shafts are superior to the standard shafts. I'm 65 years young and can still hit it a ton with this driver and in the fairway!
Summary: This is a great club. The ability to adjust trajectory has given me greater control over my swing. The lower loft and club head design have added 20 yards of distance to my drives with reduced swing effort.
