Taylormade R11 TP Driver
R Gross, My Golf Club Reviews

Summary: I've played with this club for two years now. My previous club was consistant 275-295 yd (with atleast one 300 yd per round) with a slight draw. I made the switch bc i thought it was time to upgrade to a little bit more of a "professional" club since i was getting good enough to work the ball any direction with good distance. Big mistake Dr. Jones!!! I easily lost 15-20 yds and everthing was a high slicing banana.
Summary: WOW! This beauty replaces my Titelist 910. What a rocket launcher. Loft, Lie, and face angle all set to neutral, I hit the ball dead straight and LONG. Close the face, and I get a beautiful little draw! Have only hit this club on the range due to the weather, but I can't wait to get her out on the course! HIGHLY recommend.
Summary: I have been looking for a driver for many years that would help against my drives ballooning. I finally got my answer. The ball flight is impressive, like the ball is being shot out of a cannon. The only setting I changed was delofting it 1 notch lower. I have had 8 and 8.5 degree drivers before and still was able to balloon the ball. I think the differance is the TP Shaft more than the head.
Summary: I have to tell you, the last 20 years haven't been easy on me. Ever since that little pr!ck Bud Fox turned on me and spilled the beans on my insider trading scam, I've been struggling to get back to where I was. The truth is, I never should have bought into the whole Blue Star Airlines thing. For cryin' out loud, Bud Fox's dad worked there. I should have known it would turn out to be a horrible buyout.
Conclusion: I was hitting a Taylormade R9 TP driver and thought it was a great club. Figured I would buy and try the R11S TP and see what happenes and if it would make much of a difference. Got the 9 degree X-Stiff shaft and played my first round at Robonson Ranch with it. Stated off not too bad. It took a few holes to get a feel and rythem going with it but when I did....WOW! I hit my R9 300 yards on a well connected drive.
Summary: I bought this club cause I have a couple of friends who swear by the R11. It's a beautiful Club, The only problem is I can't hit this very well. My ball trajectory is very low even adjusting it from the standard 9.0 to the higher trajectory. I had a friend hit it and do OK (sliced it though)but he hits everything high. I need to do alot more practicing with it. I do look good though. Please note, I'm not a good golfer. I shoot in the 90's and play once a month.
Summary: I needed a higher lofted driver and after doing some research decided to give the Taylor Made R11 a shot. It was more expensive than some of the other clubs I was looking at, but boy am I glad I spent the extra money! I have easily added 20 yards to my driving distance! I like the feed back I get when I strike the ball. It feels crisp and and sounds crisp. This is easily my best club purchase ever!
Summary: I was playing a Callaway Razr Driver prior to my R11 purchase. The cool thing now is to have a white driver so that's exactly what I did. I got the 9 degree because I'm close to scratch and hit a high ball. I usually shoot low 70's and win our annual match play event. I'm not bragging; just giving you some indication of my level of play. On the first hole I hit a 340 yard drive. On the second hole, a par 5, I hit a 345 yard drive and got on in two with a 5 iron.
