Summary: I am a budget golfer. I needed a good driver and this fit the bill for me. I couldn't afford anR-11 but still needed a good driver. It's light durable and helped my swing. Perfect for beginner or a golfer on a budget.
Summary: We gave this club to our son for Christmas (2012). After playing about 6 rounds of golf with it, the shaft broke in the middle. The vendor, Carl's Golfland, would not exchange it but said Taylormade had a two-year warranty on it. Then Carl's Golfland spent two weeks saying Taylormade would not honor the warranty. Finally, they got us a warranty return number, but we had to pay to ship it back.
Summary: I have been using my old Taylor Made Burner about 12 years. Being in my latter 5o's, I started losing a bit of distance. Bought this on sale, hit a couple balls at the driving range. After discovering that I needed to raise my tee's a bit, I was getting a consistent 20 to 30 fore yards.. almost like I turned the clock back a couple of years.
Summary: I did research on this driver compared to Super Fast 2.0... All signs pointed to this one. Not worth the money to get the 2.0 unless you just want a white club head. Flight pattern, distance, loft etc are basically the exact same.
Summary: RabidTreesloth Last spring I changed from the Cleveland Hi-bore to the R11s. It instantly added at least 25 yards to my drive. Now I have been hitting the R11s for about a year, and it is a fantastic driver... Aesthetically, the club looks amazing. The white head is very sharp and clean. I have not had any need to adjust this driver yet, but it is fully adjustable. I was hitting it straight, right out of the box, so I didn't mess with it.
