Summary: I bought the Taylormade Burner 5 wood for my husband to complete his set. It is his favorite club. He can hit the ball straighter and he has taken 6 strokes off his game. When he comes in from a round of golf, he always mentions how well he plays with the club. His brother was here from out of town and tried the club. When they returned from the course, his brother wanted one. They both say the same thing about the club.
Summary: Probably one of the best Fairway Woods on the Market for the Mid and High Handicap players. They are easy to hit and have a slight Draw bias which helps to straighten up those ugly slices. The size of the club head creates confidence which in turn helps the player achieve a reasonable swing.
Summary: The 2007 Taylormade was a good purchase as I had been after a good 3 wood after trying and various manufacturers items . The ball was easy to hit off the fairway and was great off shortish tight driving holes . I am very pleased . Sometimes the older models are proven performers!!!
Summary: These 2007 Burners are still by far the best woods TaylorMade has ever made for the average golfers. These clubs are easy to hit and the clubhead just seems to swing on its own guiding the club back then down through the striking area. My super fast woods are now sitting in my garage and I've replaced them with the 3, 5 and Driver from the 2007 Burner models.
Summary: Can't wait to try this club. I live in the snow belt and am ready to start in the next couple of days but I have used Taylor Made woods before and am confident these latest clubs will be every bit as good as advertised
