Summary: My index is 18.6 and this club simply crushes the ball. If you swing easy it works for anyone. If you go after it, you better have a great swing or you Will slice...but it Will be a 280 yard slice.
Summary: Good driver. If hit in sweet spot, it is a long-hitting club. The club looks good when you set up to it. I had no problems working the ball right or left, particularly no problems drawing it with the i15 driver.
Summary: I tried this club at a golf shop and compared to my Ping Rapture and with the regular shaft and lower spin I picked up speed and yards. I found this club for $150 less than a brand new one and it is better than I had hoped. A slow balanced swing delivers a penatrating ball flight. It is long and forgiving. Several of my playing partners have tried it and were equally inpressed. It is also a classic looking driver.
Summary: If you want a boring ball flight and play a lot in the wind this is a great club. I bought the 8 degree loft with s ust shaft, because you can tee it up high if you want a higher launch angle and it sets out on a great trajectory. It really works well if you load up the shaft with lag, then rip through it, and I found some drives 40 yards longer than I had been hitting it.
Summary: Was having trouble with a pull-hook so decided to try 11* loft-Eureka-no more pulls-Top quality Ping club so no worries about workmanship-very little if any loss of distance-changed the grip and shaft length to suit-recommend to anyone with direction off the tee concerns
