Forget those Cavity-Backs Guys, this is the Real Deal!

  • Summary: Well, after playing 15 rounds or so with these irons it's clear to see why Mizuno is tops in golf. I'm a 52-Yr old, 7 Hcp and can't believe the response I get from these irons, WOW! Controled fade or draw, no problem. I never hit a 3-iron so consistently. These irons listen to me more than my WIFE does! The sweet feel, clean look has pumped my confidence and makes me feel like I was playing in college again. I matched a couple of T-11 wedges to complete the set.

Not for occasional players

caryhey, Ebay

  • Summary: These irons are beautiful, classic and smaller than game-improvement cavity-backs. The shafts are solid and feel much more solid than normal steel. If you mis-hit these Mizunos...there's no doubt. You (and everyone around)can hear it and you can really feel it. However, if you hit the sweet spot...it feels perfect and you can barely tell you've hit a ball. Crisp, clean and the ball shoots.

Mizuno MP-67

Jason Lee, My Golf Club Reviews
24 June 2007
  • Summary: Best blade that I have hit from the Mizuno company. Its appears to be a blend of the MP33 and the MP37. It is almost as forgiving as the 32 demo iron I hit but has the setup of a more traditional and compact blade.

style personified

  • Excerpt: bought a set of these even though i play off 21 as i couldnt get away from the classy looks and style, took them to the range and didnt find them hard to hit at all even being a highish handicapper, do look smaller behind the ball than game improver irons but i like the smaller heads. when one comes out the sweet spot you know about it, feels heavenly.

Look and Feel in One

pkbudgie, Today's Golfer

  • Excerpt: I had them 1/2 degree upright which made them the same as my Titleist 690MB's, however they were 1/2 inch shorter as standard. I am a single figure golfer, so am reasonably consistent with my irons. Initially when I hit the ball it felt so soft off the face and I felt compelled to hit it harder to get the same feel i had become used to with the 690's.

Are you brave?

mulliman, Today's Golfer

  • Excerpt: If so these should be perfect. Actually they're not that bad; they fly high, spin well and feel as good as they look. I'd never say they were forgiving but for a set of blades I reckon they are fair. So easy to shape that I often over cut and you may become a club shorter.
