Summary: Feels great and looks great. Would not recommend for beginners, since they aren't very forgiving, but for more experienced players who want feel and playability, the MP60s are an awesome choice.
Put that balloon on a stick down and get yourself a real iron

Summary: These are my first "players" clubs that I picked up to replace my hand-me-down Turbo XP-6s. I started playing golf about a year ago. As such, I can't lift these up against other comparable irons. But if you're trying to decide if it's a good idea to get clubs like this while being a high-handicapper, here's my experience. I lost quite a bit of yardage at first. Yep, it's true. And it had me concerned. Plus, I was shanking it pretty bad, too.
Summary: Wanted a blade set from Mizuno because I played with MP14s back in the mid nineties. The price was very good and the condition of the clubs is excellent! They set up beautifully and inspire confidence. When struck well, the ball flight is lower yet the distance I once had with each iron is almost the same. I am looking forward to a lot of practice and a lot of confidence in my game and these clubs have much to do with that.
Summary: Nothing in golf feels as good as a perfectly struck shot with Mizuno irons. I have a set of Mizuno JPX 800 irons but I like to use long irons so I bought this new Mizuno MP60 3 iron and I love it. It isn't hard to hit at all in my opinion (4 handicap)and the ball just rockets off the face. I hit it to a par 5 from 220 yds and couldn't believe I carried it the entire distance but the ball sat down about 6 inches from it's pitch mark.
Summary: I used to play Titleist 990B's. This was a really old titliest model. However, when I switched to the MP-60, My game drammatically improved. The level of forgiveness with these clubs is so much nigher than my 990B's. I am thrilled to have these in my bag and I think I can say Mizuno irons are the best on the market.
Summary: I would recommend Mizuno MP series to anyone looking to step up to a forged iron. These irons are spot on for ball striking. Throwing darts at pins, hitting half and full shots with great ball action.
