Summary: I bought the Long Tom from Amazon in April and the Shaft broke about 4 inches from the end in October. I may have played 15 rounds or so with it and i am surprised it broke so quickly. I am 6'1" and I like the extra length on the driver. I am a bigger guy and have no problem putting a good swing on the ball. More to come.
takes a few hits to get used to but delivers bombs

Summary: I just got the long tom driver on Tuesday played 47 holes with it. I couldn't hit far in the beginning with massive slices but after around 15 holes my slice stopped and this was hitting bombs.
Pros: Durability, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value
Think" Deathstar"-moves in on a course & Destroy's

Summary: Changes the way you can attack a golf course! Never considered myself a long hitter, prev. driver was an '07 TM Burner avg. 260-270 off the tee w/ swing speed of 107 verified by launch monitor. Burner is a 46.5 in. shaft, so for me going up to 48" wasn't a prob. I'm 5-11 170, if your shorter in stature, you may want to have the shaft cut down. This driver really is light & allows you to get some serious rpm's.
Summary: Been using this driver for two weeks and I couldn't be happier. As an 82 year golfer who considers a 200 yard drive as sublime (unlike other reviewers who tee shots average 290-300 and who must be teeing off on airport runways) I really appreciate the "hittability" of this club. i am considering buying a spare in case a trunk door decides to close at an inappropriate time.
Summary: Took a flyer on this when I saw the sale price. Was struggling trying to "tune" an R1 just to get comfortable with it. It went back to the store shortly after I bought the Long Tom. I've never hit a ball so far in my life than I have with this thing and amazingly, I hit nothing but lasers with it. At only $100, I can't see why anyone wouldn't want to at least try it.
Summary: All drivers are different, so I still need to hit a couple more buckets of balls. But it's definitely more powerful than my TM Burner 2009, which I've gone back to a few times in my quest for something that can hit farther and just as straight.
Summary: Right out of the box this driver is GORGEOUS!!! Flat black shaft, subtle hints of shiny black accents. Looks like its government issue. My first hit was a jaw dropping drive into the net which I never hot with my old driver. Each and every driver after that was astonishing. The small grip which has gotten some gripes about I found a nice addition with the long length. Buy it NOW!!!
Pros: Durability, Features, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value
Summary: this driver is so amazing. the first ball was a shank but after that, every ball was clearly straight down the middle of the fairway but had a slight draw which I love. I am thinking of buying another so it will last a couple of more years.
Summary: Well, when I saw the incredible deal at $99 for this club it was hard to pass up. Haven't had a driver that I've been consistent with in a long time. Hit the first ball over 300 yards and thought it was a fluke. Hit the next five incredibly long and even a slight draw. The ball explodes off of this driver like no other I've hit before and the distance, even with range balls was consistently over 300 when hit well.
