Summary: I am very satisfied with the cobra amp cell driver and after some tinkering with the loft adjustment I am hitting a lot more fairways than I used to and the club has a nice feel to it so all in all I am very happy with it.
Summary: It is hard to give anything like a club 5 stars - I haven't hit enough clubs to know for sure that this should get 5 stars. But I can tell you this - I am very happy I bought this club. Compared to my previous driver, it is easier to hit, has added some yards to my drive, and my slice which used to be significant on probably 1 out of 4 drives is just about non-existent (due to stiff shaft?).
Summary: It is my first time to have Cobra driver and it is much better than my expectation. I purchased taylormade R1 driver last fall and I had a lot of trouble with slice.....but I think this Cobra drvier is better than R1 in terms of slice, hook and sound and feeling. It has less slice than R1 and have more consistency and forgiveness. It is not that perfect one, but I can tell it is better than other big name driver like R1. I am planning to keep it for the time being.
Summary: What a refreshing change to my game. This driver is long and accurate. The MyFly adjustable loft is a great addition (easy to use as well) and when hit pure the ball will explode off the club face. This driver will not correct a bad swing, although it will forgive it more than other drivers -- you can get away with an open or closed club face more so than you could with another driver.
Excerpt: I have had this driver for a little over a year. I was fitted for a stiff flex, which I was hesitant about since all of the balls in the fitting faded slightly rather than my normal draw. After a year I changed to a regular shaft and what an improvement. The driver tends to hit the ball higher, so you have to tee it lower. The main disadvantage is the adjustability.
