Great clubs with great feel for players who want to expand their game

javiscollects, Ebay
12 June 2013
  • Summary: Classic looking club that feels great of the face. Definitely for the advanced player who is looking to expand their golf game. Tested these versus the Titleist AP2 and found that the RAZR X had a bigger sweet spot, softer feel off the face, more consistent hits, and better accuracy.

Awesome.

  • Summary: Enjoying these clubs! I've played only 10-15 rounds with them, and so far so good. Small profile head, workable, and perfect shafts (Project X Flighted). Worth a look.

Awesome distance, great feel!!

tdex41, Ebay
7 September 2011
  • Summary: I bought these clubs because I needed more distance from my irons and boy am I grateful for the purchase. I had been playing with Ping I10's that I was fitted for a few years ago. I am now hitting the ball with the distance nd trajectory that I was looking for. Thanks Callaway!!

solid

jeromemrclutch, Ebay
12 June 2011
  • Summary: what a great set of irons. if you want a solid set that you can easily move the ball this is for you. I have the 6.0s in mine. the top-line is a little thicker than i would have expected but i can get over that.

Surprising forgiveness and solid!

fishandride1, Ebay
29 April 2011
  • Summary: I am 56, a former scratch golfer and now a 4 handicap, and have always used x-12 or x-14 Pro Series irons for the ease of ball striking. But I've found that these are far more solid, and long! I think anyone who is a consistent ball striker will love these irons!

  • Summary: good irons--shafts are too fat--but good clubs--heads sit nice and flush but weight is too much in the shaft not the head

Increased accuracy

rjadron74, Ebay
22 August 2009
  • Summary: I would recommend these clubs to someone who is a low under 7 or 8 handicap. They have no offset and are not forgiving on mishits. When struck well they are deadly accurate and a little longer than my previous irons. The project x 6.0 shafts seem a bit stiffer than my previous stiff dg shafts. Ability to work the ball is definitely present.

Callaway X-Forged

Jason K, My Golf Club Reviews
18 February 2009
  • Summary: These are great clubs. While the carbon steel wasn't as soft as I expected (when you play Srixon's, everything feels buttery and almost padded it is SO SOFT when you hit the club), but it gives great feedback none the less. there is some forgiveness but I wouldn't there's a whole lot of it. on center hits are crisp and rewarding, if you're off a bit you definitely hurt.
