Summary: Changed from using Mizuno MP-64 irons made the wrong choice as I was getting better at golf: nothing wrong with Mizuno, now to put the meat on the bone very good set of irons even though they are old clubs and I agree with others get fitted pay the piper its worth it, these clubs are bringing my...
Summary: Tried these out couple weeks ago. Also looking at TM R7TP. Tough choice as both felt same in simulator...went with the Callaways. Read that the project shafts are stiffer but I have not noticed any difference after approximately 5 rounds. The x6.0's play same as my DGS300's in past sets.
Summary: Bought these on the advice of my buddy who runs Edwin Watts. Great Clubs! Took them to Scotland and played the Old Course along with others. They worked well in the wind. Held the line and the greens. the long irons are laser makers. However, I don't like the colored lines because it looks cheezy.
Summary: An interesting dilemma with these clubs- they are forgiving and hit the ball amazingly straight. Long with decent workability, as well. But they have a dull, muted feel and the top line is too thick and chunky for a true players club. Like an unnatractive woman who's a really good cook.
Summary: I've been playing these clubs about 12 months and have dropped 5 strokes. Nice clubs especially the the 3i & 4i, I was thinking of carrying hybrids but I can't bring myself to do it. The shafts product a low straight ball flight with spin and don't balloon out like my old Clevelands did.
Summary: have been playing X-14 with graphite regular flexfor a couple years and finally decided to go for an upgrade. Bought these X20 tour and liked them over all. Impacts are more solid and I like them with less offset (I tend to hook a lot with X-14).
Conclusion: i just got some of these bad boys. my goodness they are sweet. I was previously playing hogan forged apexes and didn’t think they could be trumped. but i have played 3 rounds with the x20s now (no range time with them) and have loved them.
Conclusion: i love this iron i am 14 have no handicap and i am ambidextrous in golf this iron is quite powerfull and swift But i only have it in left hand and not my prefered right But i would recomend it to anyone
Conclusion: I hit 40 balls yesterday with the Callaway X-20 Tour, and really liked the feel off the club aswell as the workability. Also I was impressed with the forgiveness, the odd one I didn’t get out the middle still traveled straight and long. I give the club a 16.5/20.
