Summary: Thought I was hitting these new clubs 10 yards longer than my old ones until I compared the lofts. The new 9 iron is the same as my old PW loft. I order the AW which has nearly the same loft as my old PW. You may want to look at the actual lofts when considering which set to order.
Summary: I am now classed as a senior at 50 OMG. So I shouted myself a new set of these irons. I find them easier to hit and the distance has improved a reasonable amount. Accuracy has also improved to a degree I have joined a club and playing well with others. The graphite shafts took a little getting used to but I have only played 8-9 times so we are all still learning.
Summary: I bought these clubs because I was fitted for them at the Callaway Golf Center in Las Vegas, they are definitely more solid than my x 18s but every once in a while they seem pretty easy to mis hit...That could be my 18 handicap talking..I do however hit these clubs about 10 yards further than my old x 18s and that has helped tremendously.
Summary: I bought these clubs to help get the ball in the air with more carry. After spending a few weeks with them I like the how easy they are to hit and how the ball comes off the face. A high ball flight is the norm and they are forgiving too. The Razr x tour irons are a great option for those looking for an easy to hit club with minimal offset.
