Summary: I bought the set off of EBay, for 159.00, basically wanted to try another popular brand of clubs with the change graphite shafts. The first thing I found out that the all the clubs were 1/2 inch short. Took them to the course played 27 holes with them one day. In the fairway would drop 2 or three balls and hit different shots the clubs never felt solid even when hit in the sweet spot. They also had a higher launch, no matter where the placement of the ball in the stance.
Excerpt: Your asking me to review these Irons but I have not played with them . we are in winter here in Ohio and still have plenty of snow on the ground. I would be happy to review them during the summer.
Summary: The clubs are fine however the written description of this club and one other ordered was VERY unclear for someone who does not eat, breathe and sleep golf. I returned the club, (wonderful return by the way.. no trouble at all!) and gave the person receiving the clubs the money to pick out their own.
Summary: They were shipped and arrived as promised. They were made in China, not the "Callaway" clubs I was expecting. Another American Company closing their American plants and having their products made overseas,
Excerpt: My sales guy said to give these a few rounds to try to get used to 'em and so far I've played about a half dozen and HAVE YET to see ANY sort of an improvement on my game. I initially wanted a set of X-24's (after hitting/crushing my friends X-20's) and I let him (salesman) talk me out of them for these and I'm thinking I might have made a mistake.
Excerpt: I recently purchased these clubs in "like new" and I would consider them good condition, far from like new. I've played 3 rounds so far & am 10-15 yards shorter than my old irons which aren't even a name brand. They are straight, have good feel & like the ball flight, but highly upset in the lack of distance.
