Summary: This quickly become my go to club. On the advice of a partner, I upgraded from my 10 year old ping hybrid to this Callaway. He let me hit it a couple of times during a round and found it easy to hit the ball straight and up out of ruff or short grass. The profile seams to glide through what ever you need it to. The club has a healthy sweet spot that sends the ball soaring even with 3/4 swings. Needless to say, I owe my partner and Callaway for such a great club.
Summary: I bought 3-5H and it is amazing how quick it gets up and how far the ball travels. I know it is the "older" model compared to the X Hot Hybrids but I hit both and saved a ton of money going with the Razor. Highly recommend these clubs.
Summary: Purchased this set to replace a 10+ year old set of Wilson Pro Staff, should have done so much sooner. 5-P: Took these puppies to the range yesterday for the first time and was able to hit all irons with no issues. In the past, anything lower than a 6 was too risky for me to even pull out of the bag. 3H, 4H: Words do not describe how smooth & sexy these two hybrids are. I was able to consistently hit my 3H 220+ on the fly (from tee) and about 200 from the ground.
Summary: I ordered the 3 and 4 hybrids and my only regret is that I did not order the 5 hybrid, as well. The club design is clean and offers an uncluttered way to easily set up a proper alignment. Even with a stiff flex, it is not necessary to really "get into the ball". A solid, under control swing will result in a great shot. One almost has to terribly mis-hit the ball to get a bad result.
