Callaway Hyper X Driver

The Callaway Hyper X Driver is designed with the hyperbolic face technology for a larger sweetspot. It is a 460cc titanium head with a fujikura fit-on 360 shaft with .350 tip, and standard callaway rubber grip, length of shaft is 45.5 inch. Callaway touts higher Moment of Inertia (MOI) and square look at address which promotes more confidence. Tour models have 9, 10, and 11 degree lofts. With its traditional styling and Callaway Golf core technology, the Callaway Hyper X Driver provides the performance and forgiveness to play the game with enhanced confidence. It also incorporates with the proven and patented Callaway Golf technology which is the S2HD technology.

Features

The Callaway Hyper X Driver is designed by Callaway Golf engineers with ball speed enhancements of 460cc titanium drivers providing a hyperbolic face technology that can generates higher ball speed across the clubface. This hyperbolic shaping of the face thickness greatly improves impact efficiency and generates the largest hitting area of any all-titanium Callaway driver. Additionally, the Callaway Hyper X Driver reduces bad effects normally experienced from off-centre shots. The club head of the Callaway Hyper X driver has an X-sole design that helps golfer’s line-up correctly towards their intended target line. There is a high MOI which gives increased forgiveness and stability on off-centre shots. There is also an incorporated S2HD (Short, Straight, Hollow, Hosel) design that increases discretionary weight by removing it from the hosel so it can be repositioned in the perimeter of the clubhead. Other feature includes an advanced Fujikura shaft (standard) that adds to the driver’s performance. For advanced players, the Callaway Hyper X Tour driver is offered in half-degree lofts (8.5°, 9.5° and 10.5°). It also comes with face angles that are slightly open that provides advanced golfers with a more pleasing look at address and increased workability. The Callaway Hyper X Driver comes in various degree of lofts such as 9º loft, 56° Lie, 45.5 inch length (for right handed player only), 10º loft, 56° Lie, 45.5 inch length (for right handed / left handed player), and 11º loft, 56° Lie, 45.5 inch length (for right handed / left handed player). Loft usually is measured in degrees, of the angle at which the face of the club lies relative to a perfectly vertical face. Technically, iron loft and wood loft are measured slightly different, but the effective result is the same. Loft gives you an idea of how far and how high the ball will go.
