Quality Driver for Little Cash!

valueselling, Ebay
6 July 2012
  • Summary: This is a solid feeling driver. Don't be concerned with the 420cc size as it hits and feels no different than its 460cc counterpart. Forgiving and easy to hit.

All time great driver! Still in my book unmatched.

  • Summary: Really a great driver! Still to this day i haven't been able to find a driver to match the J33R's low spin and low/mid flight characteristics. Truly an all time must have driver! I find it very forgiving and the distance w/ roll out to be very good. Profile is very appeasing to the eye, and setup to the ball very comfortable.

Confidence on the tee box.

  • Summary: Best driver I've ever owned. Great feel and long. This club has a solid sound and hits long and straight. I've hit Ping, Taylor, and Callaway over the many years but none of them compare to the J33R.

lower hcp players meet your low spin monster off the tee! Goodbye Spin!!!

siegesaz, Ebay
18 August 2011
  • Summary: I was looking for a driver that would significantly lower my spin rate. I found what I was looking for. I would fully recommend this driver to anyone looking to achieve the same goal. I've increased my distance by 18 yards (calculated using my skycaddie mark feature). A few side notes: This is definitely NOT the most forgiving driver on the market. If your misses are too far left and right on the face, you should look elsewhere. The deep face rewards the better player.

User Review

  • Summary: An excellent low spin driver with great distance. I'd been using a TaylorMade Tour Issue 400cc driver with a square face. This club is a lot easier to hit, and I've been very accurate with it. I have drivers with both the Speeder 553 and VS Proto "by You" 60 gram (not the OEM version) shaft. Both are great with this driver. And I also think a low spin shaft like the NV would be good as well. I don't change drivers much - but this was worth it.

Bridgestone J33R

jwdonkey, Ebay
13 September 2010
  • Summary: Love it. With a pretty fast swing speed, and small budget, always used to have trouble with ballooning tee shoots. This driver produces a nice low, boring drive. Produces a nice "solid" sound and feel at impact.

jms605, Ebay
25 May 2010
  • Summary: I buy and sell clubs, I like to take them out and hit them first, first ball off the tee was WOW! this driver is LONG and very forgiving, this had the Aldila NVS 65-S shaft, great feed back on miss hits, I think it will probably stay in my bag.
