Summary: As others have said, these are the exact same balls as the regular pro v1s and v1xs for half price, which is great, but unfortunately, there's no way to know which you'll get. I for example got a dozen v1xs with no v1s. Others have gotten half and half and all v1s. So don't purchase this expecting to get half and half for comparison purposes as I did. If you are okay with getting different balls, these are a great buy.
Summary: Just received my order of 3 dozen. Mostly Pro V1, maybe 3 Pro V1x. That's cool. 11 had the same logo, Chesapeake Energy. That's also cool, it's a nice logo. A blue gas flame and a streak of green. But what's not cool is that 10 of the balls weren't logo balls at all. They were personalized or monogram balls. Yes, there's a difference. One has an image; it's art. The other has simple lettering.
Summary: Clearly one of the best balls in the industry, 3-piece technology as good as it gets. Good distance off the tee, good control around the green. Feels nice though impact. If your using older clubs with U grooves on irons and wedges, be careful. They will shred the outside of the ball. My wedges scuff this outside up rather easily. For the new rule V grooves it is not as rough on the ball but may still be a problem for you.
Summary: These pro v's react and play exactly the same between the regular ones. Great spin and feel. The reason for the four stars was I was truly hoping I would get half and half of pro v1's and pro v1x's because I love both types and I like variety. Instead I received a dozen of the 1x's only. Oh well, they are still great balls and I play great with them but was really relying on half and half.
Pros: Features, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Durability
Summary: I shoot in the low to mid 90's and enjoy playing good golf on a nice course on Saturday mornings. I also like a good deal and these balls qualify. I used to use "X" outs that I personally would spin rate/test to make sure they were true. These "Practice Balls" are just as good as the the ones that cost $45 and I use them for all play except tournaments.
Summary: Purchased these at a local golf retailer for $10 a sleeve. They seem to be really good off of the driver, especially if you have a swing speed over 90. Awesome check around the green and in bump in run situations, and the ball flight seems very adjustable. A very steady and consistent ball. Good durability as well. To be honest, if your swing speed is under 90, the NXT or DT So/LO may suit your game better.
Summary: The balls were purchased at the golfer's warehouse Htfd,ct.Purchase price $43.00.I ususally play strata but thought I would try the pro v-1. I really liked the feel, control, and the spin. The ball had a great deal of spin with little pinch shots around the green. The Pro-v1 was my faverite on and around the greens.
