Summary: Hell has been unleashed on the City of Angels by merciless gangs. The only hope to restore the order is an out-of-control ex-cop whose unconventional methods leave him rejected by the police and feared by criminals. Drive, fight and shoot your way through 240 square miles of LA. True Crime: Streets of LA is an all-out action fest from beginning to end...
Excerpt: Overview: Activision has made a complete new Game of Crimes etc in Los Angles (LA) for all consoles. In the E.O.D (Elite Operations division) Nick Kang that is you, partners up with Rosie Velasquez who was actually a former gangbanger. The E.O.D was founded in 2003, it was formed to combat the toughest crimes in LA. Rosie was not happy at all when she got partnered with Nick Kang. There are so many crimes you have to face when you are in the E.O.D.
Conclusion: THE VERDICT: There is plenty to do and even more to see in True Crime. It's a shooter, fighter, RPG, driving sim all in one. All of these areas are done well to boot. The size of the game will simply astound those that pick up a copy. In the end even with the small problems don't hurt it enough to keep me from recommending the game. It's worth a purchase, just be prepared to adapt to the gameplay.
