Summary: It's a great game I still can't figure Out how to get one person to marry another, so I still think that needs to be fixed but It's pretty cool. It's like running another persons life and choosing what they do, who they go out with, what their job is etc. I guess the best thing I like about it is that you can have expansion packs to make it more interesting.

Summary: I thought this game was really interesting.. Although it has it's glitches i did know that i can do anything i really wanted... i have the Deluxe edition and it's not all that different from the original.. but now i can get the other game expansions... which won't be adding much since the graphics are still the same... i did want the Sims 2 but yea anyway... Ths Sims is pretty but once you get the hang of all the things you have to keep up with.

Pros: More realistic, can travel outside neighbourhood
Cons: Game takes long to load between districts, it can be a little annoying !
Excerpt: After spending hours, days and weeks completely absorbed by The Sims on the PC, I was more than a little excited to see it come out on the Gamecube. Now, I will be able to play from the comfort of my sofa rather than a chair in my office. Hurrah! For those of you who have never played The Sims, the best way to describe it is that you play God over the lives of a family or group of people ("Sims").
Excerpt: The console version of The sims has burts into the Land of Gamecube, and I for one, am very glad about that! For those of you who are unfamiliar with The Sims (if there are any of you left!), this a great introduction into the competely and utterly absorbing world. Essentially, you get to create and control an unsuspecting family of Sims, and from then on in it is your resonsibility to ensure they lead a happy and well balanced lifestyle (of unhonesty and debauchery!
