  • Excerpt: opens with humble beginnings: starting in a small village in the world of Sylvarant. Colette, a ditzy and clumsy young girl, is charged with the task of turning into an angel and regenerating the world, thus purifying it of the Desians. The Desians are a large army of half-elves who have been discriminated against in times past and are now raising humans like cattle for reasons unknown.

  • Excerpt: Most people look at me a little funny when I mention that Tales of Destiny is one of my favorite games of all time. It was a lesser known title on a system heavily saturated by excellent, timeless RPGs. Why, then, do I consider this game, amongst some of its more prestigious peers, to be so enjoyable? I believe it is for mostly the same reasons I truly enjoyed Tales of Symphonia (hereafter TOS) so much.

  • Excerpt: What do you get when you mix the GameCube with a traditional RPG from the likes of Namco? The answer: a gay ol’ time. At least that’s been my experience with the newest entry into Namco’s niche popular Tales series, Tales of Symphonia. I’ve been gayin’ it up old-school style for going on just over 60 hours now and the only reason I stopped was because of time. Time. Stupid time. Deadlines. Stupid deadlines. So now I don’t get to play the game. I get to talk about it.

  • Pros: Grafica mozzafiato, Storia coinvolgente, Personaggi ben caratterizzati, Combattimenti frenetici
