Excerpt: It's a big return for the rogues on the Nintendo side of the force with this game and from their debut on the Nintendo 64 we see a long awaited sequel arrive on the GameCube but is this game as good as you hope it just could be?
Pros: Plenty of missions, great control setup .
Cons: Not the easiest game you will ever play, single player only .
If Star Wars & epic space battles are your thing get Rogue Leader

Excerpt: Rogue Leader puts you in the pilot seat of X-wings, Y-wings, A-wings and a host of other rebel craft in a mission to take out the evil Imperial Forces. As Luke Skywalker and Wedge Antilles you command Rogue Squadron, a crack team of elite rebel pilots, on daring missions against overwhelming odds.
Pros: Re - live the cream of Star Wars space battles, A real challenge to earn all the medals
Excerpt: The Star Wars franchise has come out with a couple really good games since the creation of LucasArts; Empire at War, Republic Commando, Knights of the Old Republic come to my mind. However my all time favorite Star Wars game has got to be Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader.
Pros: Star Wars flight sim that's accurate to the movies and fun, craft selection, recognizeable missions
Excerpt: Have you ever dreamt about AtAt's, destroying a Death Star or fighting the Battle of Hoth? Yes - Geek, no, me neither... honest - I was dreaming 'bout Elisha Cuthbert that night and I had an 'accident'.
Excerpt: Not bad at all, I played through this game all the way and found all the missions great fun. Played in the third person Rogue leader includes you flying around in a star wars air craft, and shooting stuff up. In every mission you take two people with you who you can send to do something for you.
Excerpt: I always knew I was gonna love RSII, ever since I'd gotten the previous game on N64. Its a dream to play, continuing on from the success of its predecessor, the graphics are superb, with the detail of the levels to an extent that is just mesmerising. And thats just the beginning!
Summary: Just awesome. I had back in the day but sold it with my GC (more fool me!). In fact I wish I had kept all my old stuff...ho hum...anyway this was 2nd hand and a bit scratched. I cleaned and filled carefully with some old CD fixer and it works without issue on a Wii.
