An easy, relaxed game

  • Summary: For those of you who are tired of games that are prone to inducing epileptic seizures then Scooby Doo!: Night of 100 Frights is the kind of simple game you should get into. The story has Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma get kidnapped by The Mastermind (Tim Curry, in his second outing as a Scooby Doo baddie) and Scooby must rescue them from a spooky mansion. Not the most imaginative of plots but it's loads of fun playing Scooby.

Rooby-rooby-roo!!!

Inspector Gadget "Go Go Gadget Reviews", amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: This is everything that was good about the original series - light-hearted banter, a slight amount of fear, and obviously fake monsters controlled by a criminal mastermind. The game combines more than adequate visuals and sound, and although there's a laugh track, it's not horribly intrusive. As the eponymous hound, you must rescue your friends, a wacky professor, and his daughter from the evil Mastermind.
