  • Summary: Pac-Man World Rally is a paint-by-numbers kart racer with almost zero in the way of unique qualities or challenges.
  • Pros: Power-pill mechanic is amusing, lots of characters and courses to choose from.
  • Cons: Difficulty level hovers somewhere around zero, most of the game mechanics are directly lifted from other, better kart racers, secondary modes aren't much fun.
