The first game in the Clash of Ninja series was the foundation for the series. You had a handful of characters, ten characters if you add the two alternates and a short story mode that went slightly past the Zabuza / Haku saga. Fun, but not long lasting. Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 may not be the top fighter on the market right now, but it is certainly a decent diversion that anime fans and Gamecube owners everywhere will want to snatch up while waiting for the Nintendo Wii. Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 is a well-made homage to the anime and manga, and a capable final farewell to the GameCube for those looking to play the next Zelda game on their new Wii. The story mode and single-player game are standard fare, and worth playing through to unlock all the content, but you'll get the most fun out of this game playing with friends. Overall Naruto Clash of Ninja 2 delivers a surprisingly fun, easy fighting game that has tons of unlockables, great amount of characters, easy fighting system and doesn’t offer a story hard to understand. This is definitely one of the last solid titles coming for the Gamecube and one of the better fighting games on the Gamecube.
