Great game, though doesn't surpass it's predecessor

Summary: Metroid Prime is my personal favourite game ever made. Retro did a magnificent job of taking the Metroid series and spinning it in a different direction while still maintaining what is inherently 'Metroid' about Metroid. It still looks excellent to this day and plays magnificently.
Excerpt: This game is undescribable. To start i paid £4.99 for a copy of this game. Which to be honest is what it is a copy. this game is almost exactly the same as the first one, but not ground breaking. the first gamecube version was moderate..
Excerpt: This is a good game, and is an improvement upon its predecessor in every way. Excellent graphics, sound, gameplay, weapons, storyline etc. (the others reviewers here have done a good job going through the positives).
Good, but slightly annoying like all Metroid titles

Summary: This is a good game, and is an improvement upon its predecessor in every way. Excellent graphics, sound, gameplay, weapons, storyline etc. (the others reviewers here have done a good job going through the positives).
Excerpt: I'm sure everyone has heard of Metroid Prime. And from the large audience who know of Metroid Prime, a huge percentage from that huge percentage of the world loved it. It was a great game, different from the others but it still had many elements from the past Metroid games.
Pros: Great graphics, multiplayer, great storyline . Everything?
Summary: With so much to enjoy - fantastic worlds, great foes, interesting puzzles and much shooting... it is definitely a game worth playing. Especially when the number and quality of Gamecube releases is diminishing rapidly.
