Medal of Honor: European Assault Review

VideoGamer.com
11 June 2006
  • Excerpt: European Assault is EA's third Medal of Honor game for the current consoles. Frontline was well received back in 2002, particularly on the FPS starved PlayStation 2, and its commercial success prompted EA to work on Rising Sun, which also sold like hotcakes. European Assault has already been at the top of the UK charts for two weeks, but given that the UK public is bombarded with TV advertising all the time, that is no surprise.

Medal of Honor: European Assault

Nintendo World Report
15 July 2005
  • Summary: Didn’t I play this game before?
  • Pros: Great atmosphere, Quality music that has become a standard of this series
  • Cons: Broken squad-based gameplay seemingly added as an afterthought, Ridiculously difficult as a result of the aforementioned broken squad-based gameplay and head-scratching enemy behavior, The game is just boring

Medal of Honor: European Assault Review

GameSpot
7 June 2005
  • Summary: The game's wide-open levels actually encourage players to explore, giving the series a fresh feel compared to past games. Unfortunately, a very brief campaign and no online multiplayer means the fun doesn't last long.
  • Pros: More emphasis on exploration, multiple paths to targets, Solid feel on the guns, Several objectives to explore and unlock
  • Cons: No online play, Graphics look somewhat dated, Extremely short campaign

Medal of Honor European Assault GameCube Review

DarkZero
24 October 2005
  • Excerpt: Electronic Arts certainly knows how to milk a series and this one is no exception, the title we have for you today is Medal of Honour European Assault. Continuing in the same vein as previous titles, European assault is set back in war time. You play as William Holt, a lieutenant in the US Army, hand-picked by William ‘wild bill’ Donovan to be among the first field agents in the newly formed Office of Strategic Service – OSS.

Medal of Honor: European Assault

Nintendofans.de
20 May 2006
  • Pros: Bombastischer Sound, Grafische Abwechslung
  • Cons: Grafik nur Durchschnitt, Zu kurz
