A great game for a group of friends or family members to play.

Summary: This is such a great game to play with a group of friends! The mini-games are great and the board-game style video game really is such a hit. Whether you've played this before and are an expert or you've never played at all, this is bound to be an enjoyable game.
Summary: Looking back at the previous three Mario Party games coming before this installment, it could be easy for a some crazy nostalgic person to knock this game off. For me however, this is not the case. Even though this game was released for the Game Cube I still think it's a superb game. The story? Some big "party box" appears and Mario & the gang want to go inside. Inside there's party boards to play on, minigames and lot's of fun.
Summary: This Game is unshabby, which means it was expected to be not so good by the "experts", but its actually really good. I enjoy playing it even though its old and everyone has all these wierd voices. (Except Mario, his never changes) The Mini-Games are good too. This One is much better than all the other gamecube Marioparty games combined.
Summary: Great game! got it for my wii. personally, I like the boards on mario party 8 better, but the mini games on mp4 out shine the ones on mp8 by far. lots of fun. you will need a memory card to save any progress in the game though.
Summary: This was the third best mario party game to me. The party boards are fun, but they are kind of small. You can also be bored of the game maps sometimes. It is cool to be able to play as donkey kong. The graphics are awful sometimes, but graphics are not really important in a mario party. The more people you play with the better this game is. I recomend this to people who play with more than one person. Do not get this if you do not have anyone to play this with.
Summary: I liked the fact that I was able to find this game for slightly cheaper price then of Gamestop. It was in alright condition. Saw the scratch lines when I first opened it and I thought at first it wouldn't of worked but it ended up working so im relieved for that. I mainly bought this cause I originally had this w/a gamecube special where you got a free game w/the purchase and this was the one I had w/it, lent it to a friend then they lent it to their friend and I never...
Summary: A fun game over all. My siblings and I enjoy playing it! The graphics, the mini games and the character selection are improved from the first two Mario Party's. The control's are fairly simple but not so much as to make it too easy for older players. I did think they could of had a better board selection. However the short but challenging mini games made up for that. I was a little concerned with one board "Goomba's Greedy Gala" a casino like map and the lottery booth's.
Great with friends, but it can only do so much when you're alone.

Summary: Mario Party 4 was the first Mario Party I had ever played. The concept seemed a bit silly to me at first. You pick a character from the Mario franchise and put them on a game board, then you use that character to frantically collect stars and coins, you'll also be competing in routine mini-games. The boards are for more than just aesthetics, though. They feature many events and unique characters that can change the direction of the game in an instant.
Summary: Ton's of fun for the whole family. This game has over 100 mini-games within the game. Highly enjoyable. The only down side is the repetitious style of game play. forces the player to have to have a good attention span, which unfortunately draws down the replay value, because there are only so many times someone will want to play the same game, the same way.
Summary: This is a great game for wasting time. The mini-games are, for the most part, imaginative and fun, but they can get a little repetitive over time. The story mode is great; I can't believe it took 4 titles in the franchise to come up with the birthday party theme, though! All in all, a solid title.
