Summary: There is no greater curse than not owning Madden NFL 2005. So, I played as the Buccaneers in this game and won the superbowl against the Buffalo Bills. I referenced the fact that I played as the Bucanneers in my Madden NFL Wii preview buzz. Anyways, I found the gameplay to be quite enjoyable and I went a straight (16-0-0) season just like the 1972 Miami Dolphins. This game is a victory for the United States since the Cold War of 1947.
Summary: Madden 05 absolutely shocked me. I mean, it's from 2004 and I figured if I wasn't satisfied I'd just trade it in. But this was much different. Create just about ANYTHING in this game: a fan, a player, a package, a team, a fan, you name it; the list goes on and on. The graphics are awesome and gameplay features deliver a good feeling to you. You get to gang tackle or use the Hit Stick for big hits.
Summary: Madden NFL 2005. It's such a fantastic game! Nothing could make this game better. First, the graphics. They are flat out stunning, with the ability to gang-takle somebody and a ton of automatic instant replays. The field and the players look extremely realistic. Next, the features. You nearly get to customize the entire game!
Summary: Better Graphics, better commentary and better moves. It is just a great game. Great for multiplayer great for songle player. It has everything and so much more. The game has changed a bit from last year. With the addition of better graphics and more plays. That is all i can say everything about the game is great, just great. I highly reccomend it as it is extremley playable as well.
Summary: In one word: Stunning. Any kind of sports fan, American Football or not, will love this game. A major graphical update on Madden 04, much better (and tougher) AI, and nice little touches make this the greatest sports game created. Until Madden 06 that is! The much publicized Story mode is a little superficial, and whilst the Tony Bruno radio show is excellent, the newspapers and emails soon begin to feel repititive.
