Madden 2003

Amazon
26 August 2004
  • Summary: This is a great American Football game. Madden has to be the best of American football game. I first played it on the old Sega megadrive where it was great. The latest version looks good, play action is great and it's a game that you can be playing in minutes of loading.

But the British don't play American football?

C. S. Smith "csoavesmith", Amazon
26 August 2004
  • Summary: So I'm watching the TV during a free study period and sky sports is on and American football comes on. It looks like fun, and it brings back memories of playing on a megadrive when I was about 8 whereupon the only rule we knew was 'run into the other player and watch him get hurt'.

EA still keeps coming up with the goods.

  • Summary: The Madden series has been around for many years but EA still keeps coming up with the goods. The gameplay in this lastest version is superb with the added mini games making an already enjoyable game even better.

Amazing, EA carry on improving on perfection!

  • Summary: Madden is more of a tradition in the US than turkey on thanksgiving day! We have had the mighty Madden on our shores since 1990 on the Sega Mega Drive (remember that?). Since day one, Madden has been renowned for ground braking visuals and standard setting gameplay.

Authentic American football

"pfirth8", Amazon
26 August 2004
  • Summary: I have been a fan of the Madden series, but this release on the Gamecube surpasses anything else I have seen. If you've played the series before, the game HAS been enhanced. The gameplay, is accurate and realistic, with play by play analysis from the Man himself.

Cheap as chips

StonyK "aml3972", Amazon
26 August 2004
  • Summary: This game is excellent and costs less than a fiver!! It pretty much plays exactly the same as any other madden game so if you already own a version (even down to a 1999 version) then there's no point in buying, but at a fiver who gives one.
