Summary: This isn't a bad game, buy it if you want a footie' game on cube, but im definately trading this in for FIFA 2005 when it comes out. There are too many glitches, which really piss you off, just as your 4-0 up against Man U. Its not all bad though. the fun side is alright and I always enjoy a game with the mates, but EA seriously need to buck up their ideas. Graphics 6- not bad, but i've seen better in footie games.
Summary: At first glance this game LOOKS good but once you relise how bugged and rushed it is you'll wish you'd never bought it,the graphics are no where near as good as fifa 2003 (David Beckham looks like the phantom of the opera)and the computer is just really anoying in so many ways....don't get me wrong this aint a bad game but not a patch on the other fifa's..
Summary: This game promised so much and falls woefully short in certain areas, but improves on a few. Graphics are pretty good but there are a lot of bugs, players the wrong skin colour, players running through the net of a goal, see through players during throw ins. The transfer system is vastly improved but still desparately flawed, I managed to sign premiership footballers for 2nd division Chesterfield when they weren't even on the transfer list and I still had no stars in my...
Summary: I'm a big fan of Fifa 2003. I loved the gameplay, even though it did have its flaws. So when I heard that 2004 was coming out, I anticipated that it'd be much more of the same but with loads of extras. After playing 2004, I found that it was a totally different game to its predecessor. The 'Off the Ball Control' is far too complicated to implement and the decision for EA Sports to incorporate Gamecube's infamous 'Z' button make's utilising all of the moves impossible.
Summary: I too waited for Fifa 2004 for the last year and i cant quite believe what EA have produced after all that time. I really enjoyed 2003 and thought it was extremely playable despite a few flaws. However with 2004 it seems EA have forgotten that playability is the most important part of a footie game. It seems they've tried to force you to play a boring slow passing build up game (because your players move like their in treacle! - henry and owen should be fast!
