Summary: This game is alright if you're playing with friends as you're all in the same boat as far as functionality goes, but against the computer this game is way way way too frustrating. Stick it on Amateur and you win every game 10-nil, stick it one difficulty setting up and the computer just picks up every single loose ball, runs twice as fast as all your players..
Summary: After deciding to buy this game instead of another carbon copy of Pro Evolution Soccer series I must say i was far from impressed. The licensing at least makes the game well presented. The kits of teams all seemed to look quite nice, although even this was spoilt partially by poor player faces that look like the kind of thing Konami were dealing with on old N64 games. The gameplay was however far too unresponsive.
Summary: If you've got FIFA 2005 then stick with it. I bought a copy of FIFA 06 and I really wish I hadn't. After three games I put it back in it's box and reverted back to the old version. OK there have been a few improvements on the management side but if I wanted a management game then that's what I would have bought. The real problem with this game is the actual matches. The new set up just doesn't work. The CPU AI is just to good even on the easy settings.
