Pros: Excellent visuals; fitting soundtrack; very fast sense of speed; fast and furious gameplay is fun .
Cons: Quite challenging; soundtrack can be repetitive at times; a little lack of modes .
Excerpt: History ********* The Extreme-G series first made it onto our shores in 1997 on, the Nintendo64. The game is produce by Acclaim who is behind many other great games for example Turok, Shadowman, and their newer series Burnout.
Pros: fast furious better graphics then Nintendo 64 versions, good music
Excerpt: There isnt much here to say really. I f your a fan of the series from the first two titles on the N64..YOU MUST GET THIS....aside from the obvious improved graphics this title is astonishing on the gamecube.
Pros: BEST GRAPHICS IN THE SERIES EVER ! even better than the the newest in the series XGRA ! ! !
Cons: no online play and controls are a bit akward could be better
Summary: I have the previous versions on the N64 they were good but this is emense. Its fast, furious and fabulous. If youve played the previous versions you'll know what i'm talking about. The smooth graphics are amazing and the tracks are superb. A brilliant game for anyone
Summary: This is a great game from the last generation. I originally owned it for the PS2, but after trading that in for a PS3 I was unable to play it. I was happy to see it's just as good with gamecube controls and the graphics are great for it's age.
Summary: This is an exiting game with some amazing sceanery. I think its a good idea to be able to buy new weapons i.e rockets and leeches. The multiplayer is good but 2 player co-operative can get very hard and frustrating.
Summary: OK - we all know that this is a blatent rip-off of Wipeout, but so what? The WipeOut Fusion developers have taken so long (and haven't given a firm release date) so what are you going to do for your daily adrenaline rush?
Excerpt: The N64 Extreme G was great; fun, competitive and crazy was what made this game what it is today. But in the two N64 hits, something was missing. Even though racing was very enjoyable, it didn't have sense of speed.
