Action Man is a game published by THQ and developed by Natsume for the GameBoy Colour. It falls under the Action genre and is rated E for animated violence and mild animate violence under the ESRB rating.

Features

Action Man is a game based on the computer-animated TV series. It is a single-player action game where players play as Action Man himself as he battles to end the latest scheme of his nefarious arch-nemesis, Dr. X. The game requires players to battle through six stages of side-scrolling game play that takes place in such areas such as the jungle, the snowy mountaintops, and even outer space. Besides that, players are also required to collect a veritable arsenal of deadly weapons including guns, grenades, and more to complete the game. In addition to that, Action Man also possesses several special battle suits which are able to provide him with new powers and abilities. The game also requires players to choose the right gear to progress through different sections because not all areas can be explored with one suit. The GameBoy Colour is able to display full-colour, vibrant graphics of all the explosions and high-octane action. There are 6 stages with multiple paths, with a variety of battle suits, powers and weapons.
