Great game, slightly different than the Super Nintendo version
5 May 2014
Summary: I've only played the Super Nintendo version of the game in the past, and I just recently played this Gameboy Advance version all the way through. It's a bit different, such as sound effects of Link's voice when he swings his sword or falls through a hole in the ground. Sometimes a rock will sparkle and you can hit it over and over with a sword a few times and it will release coins. That's different in the GBA version too.
Summary: In many people's opinions The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past ranks up next to Link's Awakening as one of the best 2D Zelda games. There are quite a few reasons for this, the most prominent being its solid gameplay and sound. However if you aren't convinced to buy it yet then read on and you will see that not only is this game worth a purchase, but it is also your duty as a gamer to go and play it as soon as possible.
Summary: Where could i start, Zelda, the name alone represents greatness, the game play is suitable for young and adult players as well. As a fan, i can tell you this is one of the best Zeldas ever made, compared only to the greatness of ocarina of time. A link to the past gave us a new perspective, taking us to worlds like we´ve never seen before.
A Link to the Past remake that is adapted very well.

Summary: I bought this mostly to own every Zelda game in the timeline, and because this has Four Swords on it, I needed to own it. Unfortunately you can't play the Four Swords game by yourself, which is frustrating. The remake of A Link to the Past is well done, adding a lot of the familiar sound effects from Ocarina to the game that weren't in the original SNES version. Definetely worth owning.
Summary: I bought this product because I have had it before in childhood, lost it over the course of moving, and wanted to have it again for nostalgia, as well as intrinsic fun. I like the classic Legend of Zelda adventure gameplay, although I dislike the lack of real replayability; once you've solved all the puzzles a few times, the game loses most of its appeal.
Summary: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is one of the finest video games ever made. It would easily rise to the top of a best of list. As the title implies, it is very similar to the original Legend of Zelda for the NES. If you liked that game, you'll love this one. There is an overworld you must explore, dungeons you must find and beat, supplies to upgrade and many many secrets.
Summary: I really loved getting this game. I have forever loved the Legend of Zelda series but had only played as far back as the wind waker. I wanted some older titles and this is the one I chose to do first. The gameplay is great and prompts the player with a good replay value as well. Its took me several days to beat it and I had a fun time playing it. Not many complaints, but as a warning, the dungeons can get extremely difficult.
Summary: It was not Orcarina of Time that defined the Zelda series. It was this game,Link to the Past. There are a handful of people who consider this the best Zelda game, and for good reason. While this version is indeed a port of the SNES version, there are plenty of changes and differences, buts its really just the same thing overall. While you're likely to enjoy this game, you might also be likely to get stuck every once in a while. For this,I recommend looking up some sort of guide...
Summary: This is considered a classic in the Legend of Zelda series. A MUST HAVE for all Zelda fans. Even if ur NOT a Zelda fan, I wud still suggest u get ur hands on a copy from eBay (if u can find one).... 9.8/10...
