Summary: Wow time is marching on but these gba games still hold so much value for me anyway. This is a very good entry to the 'beat em up' genre. On easy, and there is normal and hard to follow, it's not too challenging to win every bout so you feel good. On hard it's quite a bit tougher and so rewarding but never pull my hair out frustration and even for a firstimer.
Excerpt: "...worth a serious look for Tekken fans alike. This is a port of tekken 3 and is a worthy addition to the Tekken series. The game feels real and authentic enough like Tekken 3 to be a genuine title for the Gameboy Advance. The game features recognisable modes such as Arcade, Vs Battle, Practice, Vs tage battle, Tag Battle, Survival and Time attack which offers a lot of variety for any Tekken game and really makes Tekken Advance an in-depth game ...
Pros: Same classic gameplay, modes, mutliplayer, can still pull off old moves
Cons: shortened character list, graphics under - par, simplified controls for tekken purists
Excerpt: "A great game for the Game Boy Advance... Tekken is a fight game like Street Fighters. You have a tutorial, more a preparation with all the combinaisons of hits. You have the choice between 10 characters: Jin Kazama, King the Second, Nina Williams, Hwoarang, Yoshimistsu, Paul Phoenix, Gun Jack, Forest Law, Ling Xiaoyu... The graphics are in 3D, not the same kind as SF ( Street Fighters ). Some special effects are beautiful. You have ...
Pros: music, characters
Cons: why heichachi is so machiavelic? becauseeee ! !
Summary: There are goog things and bad things about the game, first, the bad things, to get it over with. Tekken Advance has 2 main downfalls, only about 10 charachters , less than half on Tekken 3 on the PS1 means there is little choice of who you choose to play as. Second of all, for two player games you need two carts so your friends got to have the game as well for a multiplayer.
Summary: Tekken advance is wicked game for the gameboy advance you have a choice of 8 characters and it has an option where you choose 3 characters and fight when one is getting beats you press L and it swaps the character. The only problems are it gets too repetative after a while so you get bored after like 4 months but otherwise a must have for your advance.
Summary: The main visual difference between this and other versions of Tekken is that the characters on the Game Boy Advance appear to be pre-rendered, animated sprites rather than 3D models being animated on the fly. The result, essentially, is that the animation looks choppier on the Game Boy Advance than it does in the arcades or on the PlayStation.
Summary: Although you only get one punch and one kick for a game that origianlly had more this has been converted well, if you are the sor tof person whom is happy go lucky in the way of WOW that seems like a good coversion you will be made up with it, its best feature is 3 way tag mode from PS2 idea of TAG, really evolves the gameplay and i still cannot believe how nice this plays !
