Summary: It's great to see my favorite company re-making older games and updating the series. This re-make (orig Final Fantasy Adventure for GB) is just as good as it's successor, secret of mana for the snes. If you enjoyed secret of mana, you'll love sword of mana.
Summary: I loved this game. I evin Played it for Hours on in. I think it evin beats its new version Children of mana. It realy evolutionalised the RPG elements with a mix of zelda attatched. If you have a GBA and are looking for a good game with a deep storyline. This is the one.
Summary: When I played Squaresoft's game, Secret of Mana, for Super NES, I experienced what I believe was one of the best RPGs ever. Sword of Mana is far from that, but is nonetheless an enjoyable game that most RPG and adventure fans should appreciate.
Summary: Sword of Mana is a great game but has some bad parts too. Most of them are in the playable girl's story. Some are in the playablen guy's game too. Player Select system alot like the one for picking your charictor in Legend of Mana.
Excerpt: I gather that the link-up feature is not for multiplayer but rather for enhancing player-characters. Not that I needed it though. Sword of Mana is an enhanced remake of the first Seiken Densetsu (Mystic Quest in Europe) game for Game Boy.
Pros: Nice graphics, nice music, simple combat, two characters to play as
Cons: Bosses too easy, layer problems, poor NPC AI
Summary: Sword of Mana is based on Mystic Quest which was released on the Gameboy back in 92 or 93. It was the first RPG I'd ever played; so I have a bit of an extra "thang" for this game. Dunno exactly what this one's gonna be like but there are some of changes such as being able to choose the protagonist.
Summary: This game is pretty good, but i would reccomend it maily for the fans of the mana series. It is an rpg but unlike most rpgs the battles are done in real time which is a nice touch apart from the other character(npc),of which you can alter their settings, seem pretty stupid i have a hard time trying...
Summary: This game is excellent. if you enjoyed secret of mana then you will love this. there are two characters so once you completed it with one you could start with the other my only real grip about this game is the fact that it is too short and i really hope the rerelease secret of mana 1 and 2 oh and...
Summary: The SNES had many a 'classic' games with the likes of Street Fighter II, Mario Kart and whatnot, but there were always two that I returned to more than most. Zelda and Secret Of Mana. Both were as about as perfect as could be.
