Summary: I find the sonic on sega better than this. On this there is 4 characters sonic, tails, amy rose and Knuckles. The levels are quite easy to start off with but towards the end i have only managed to get through all the stages with Tails. this is because in the water levels you can just fly out of the water but all the other characters drown- even sonic. the extras on this are quite good with time trials and a chao garden.

Summary: While I liked Sonic Adventure I was not very keen on it's sequel or Sonic Heroes. The blue hedgehog and his pals simply do not belong in a 3D world and I was more than eager to get this game as it is a return to good old days of Sonic's previous incarnations on the Genesis. Everything you would have liked about the old Sonic is back. The level designs, the power-ups, the cool music and gameplay that next-gen consoles lacked.
Summary: First of all, Sonic The Hedgehog games are always best in 2-D, because this was Sonic that created the term of "Platform" games. As a true Sonic fan, I love the originals and this just gives you what you want. It is brilliant to be able to play as Sonic and Tails once again in 2-D but we also get powerful Knuckles and sweet little old Amy to play with as well. As usual Sonic has the power of the speed with hiugh powered jumps and spin attacks.
Summary: Was a big fan of Sonic on the Megadrive and so tried this for my GBA, was very disappointed and returned it the next day for Super Mario Advance 4!!! Game play is very fast and it takes luck not skill to progress. I think you could move as quickly through the game with your eyes closed. Often, completely unavoidable spikes and other obstacles appear in your track.
Summary: A really graphically good game, its fun, exciting, thrilling and not farfrom the original mega drive games, or the game cube games. On my newGBASP the colors and everything are awsome, Tails is my favourite with hishigh flying abilities and adventures, Amy is funny, Knuckles is excellentfor smashing and breaking things (mostly rocks) and Sonics super sonicspeed and attacks help you complete the game at super sonic speed. It hasamusing tunes, but not much speech.
Summary: Having been a massive fan of Sonic for years now i was extremely disappointed with this version on the GBA. Although the graphics are great the speed of the game is absolutely ridiculous. You spend most of the time whirling around the screen with no idea what is happening. This was never the case on the Sega game. If i had known this at the time of buying i would never have purchased it.
Summary: I am a huge Sonic fan and so was disappointed when I received this game with my new GBA. It is flat and even boring, althought there are good graphics but no excitment. The look and style is the same as the original, but it is not exciting or at all difficult and I finished it relatively quickly. I was very disappointed and had expected more and an evolution of the game, but I shall await Sonic Heroes to see if they have redeemed themselves!
Summary: I bought the game as it was being touted as usable with the Gamecube. Use as an extra controller? Nope. Not even in the Sonic game on the Cube. What did it do? You get a horrible little tamagotchi sub game that just allows you to upload the thing (and coins) to your cube game. That end of it sucks big time. The rest of the game is cute and typical sonic but I wasn't overly impressed with it. The character seemed to take up too much of the screen for my liking.
Summary: This game marks a return for Sonic for his 10th birthday (has it really been that long!?!) anyway, this game is fast and furious and instantly playable. The great thing about sonic is that it can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. It probably won't take you too long to glide through the levels, but collecting all the chaos emeralds is a much greater challenge! Once you pick this up, there is no going back!
