Summary: Loved the game, but it wasn't as good as it was meant to. Have had a fair few problems with the game reloading its self back to the when i got to certain places. Then it deleted all of its data. Even though the game was meant to be fine.
Summary: I bought this game because I owned it previously but it broke. This game brings back great nostalgic memories and I'd gladly give 5 stars for the game itself. But for some reason, the game has deleted my save file twice now. It seems to occur whenever you trade something over from another game, and when you turn it on again, there is no 'continue' option on the home screen.
Summary: As a purchaser I was disappointed it was not in a box as the description stated 'as new'. When my son first used the game it came up with a name already on it, which again I hardly considered 'as new'. That aside, my son was overjoyed to finally get the game he had been asking for for a couple of years and as he never puts the games back in their boxes I suppose I should be grateful I haven't got more clutter to clear up!
Summary: First and foremost, it should be stressed that Pokemon Ruby is a good game. The gameplay which has made the long running franchise so compelling is still in place, it looks great and plays like a dream. But it just isn't as great as previous outings. For a start, the game designers seem to have sacrficed many original Pokemon for bizarre, unoriginal creatures with unprounouncable names and insignificant abilities.
