Summary: This game was fun but it was just too much like the older games Pokemon Yellow, Blue, and Red Version. The only thing that is different is the legendary locations like Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos. And the only addition is the different islands you can go to. But it was fun because if you have an action replay you can go to places like Birth Island and Navel Rock and get Deoxys, Ho-oh, and Lugia and then use your vs.
Pros: Amazing visuals, Awesome audio, Addictive gameplay, Just plain fun
Cons: Not enough content, Doesn't live up to expectations, It's boooring, Repetitive gameplay
Summary: I'm not sure why the list of games had Fire Red and Leaf Green as separate games, so I chose FR(not that it matters, they're the same thing). Plainly put, FR and LG should have been one game. Making two different games was probably some plot by Nintendo to make double the money, and I guess it worked, because FR and LG (along with every other Pokemon game) sold like hot cakes, so that Nintendo could have filled their swimming pools with money if they wanted to (I like...
Summary: Pokemon Firered and Leafgreen are remakes of the orignal Pokemon games, Red and Blue. Obviously, you can say they're direct responses to Ruby and Sapphire as the graphics are very similar to Ruby and Sapphire, and this kind of path would lead to Diamond and Pearl. The first you thing you notice is that you can now choose what gender you want, just like Ruby and Sapphire. The next thing is the fact, everything's the same!
Summary: Exactly like the first Pokemon Red for orginal gameboy, only with color and a few neat scenes thrown in for different actions. The scenes get a little annoying but you can skip through them. A great way to relive the first GB series and still collect alot of the pokemon from the early game! Same pokemon fun same pokemon madness. Better pokemon colors for sure.
Summary: Although I'm not a huge fan of kids playing video games, I found this one to be tolerable. Game is age appropriate for the tween set and my daughter enjoys playing it along with trading the cards. Overstock offered the best pricing when I checked other sites., and the item arrived promptly as well.
Summary: Pokemon Fire Red is a remake of Pokemon Red made in 1998. this game is the same thing but with better graphics and a little more things. Graphics This game looks great way better than the old Red version. the pokemon has so mush more detail.I think this is the best looking pokemon game is the GBA!
Summary: this game rocks the graphics though is what makes it good. any one who plays thos game is most likely to like it akot. for exaple i know some one who hates pokemon but when played for the first time he was asking me to borrow it . i give this game a 4.0.
Summary: Fantastic. Arrived promptly, all nice and protected in it's little case. I opened it an could literally smell the Pokemon aroma. It works. Fabulous gameplay and no problems with the internal battery. My only issue was choosing my first Pokemon, but I managed to deal with the decision without a complete breakdown and Pikachu was caught early which is always a bonus.
