Is Mario Party Advance state of the art? No, it is not because some mini-games are stupid and/or dull (which is inevitable because of the amount) and the multiplayer part is, despite some efforts, not that of a party-animal. The sound and graphics do not really push the GBA to its extreme but there are games that do a lot worse, believe me.
