Summary: I am an adult player and adored this game! Aimed at a much younger market, the game was not as straightforward as you'd think and proved delightfully puzzling at times. Which hamster am I supposed to talk to? Where is that plank of wood? Can I learn all 86 Hamchats?? I did and will certainly be playing it again.
Summary: this game is awesome! A nasty hamster called spat has broken up all the friendships/relationships, and hamtaro (and bijou when you rescue her) have to rescue them and bring them back together, aww! each level/area on the map has a shop, where you can buy clothes, dress up and take a photo! You also collect ham chats, and ham jam songs so you can make up dances.
Summary: Arrrr, bless the lil hamham's! If you have a soft spot for little fat fury things, this game is great! It's a real cute story aswell. A bit too 'guided' - like you have to do one thing to lead you to the next to lead you to the next etc. But it's really sweet! However, if you are a bitter singleton, you may get frustrated by the 'lovedove' of it all (that's another thing - the crazy language!). My boyfriend bought it for me, so it's quite appropriate.
The cuddliest, cutest and most adorable game on the GBA

Summary: This is one of the best games I have played, it's suitable for all ages. You control Hamtaro and he and Bijou have to adventure round all the different areas learning all the Ham chat words to put in the Ham dictionary whilst at the same time restoring all the loves that the evil ham Spat has broken. The best thing about this game is that even after you've completed the main objectives (which will take quite a few hours of gameplay) there's still tons more fun to have.
Summary: Hamtaro's back in style with the launch of his new game;Ham Ham Heartbreak. Its loads like the first game;Ham Hams Unite ,but its way better.I have only unlocked 4 locations though since it's quite a tough game:clubhouse, sunny peak, sandy bay and funland. The graphics are excelent since its on a gameboy advance and there's more ham hams than ever before!
Excerpt: "Hamtaro is quite the little star in Japan, he has his own TV series, toys and a GameBoy Colour game (Hamtaro: Ham-Hams Unite) to his name. Here in the UK he may be slightly less known. Although Fox Kids do show the TV series in the UK he isn’t that widely known about and this GameBoy Advance game of his which sold well in its home country will, its fair to say, not have quite the same reception here which is a shame because Ham-Ham Heartbreak is quite ...
Pros: Quite lengthy | Good fun | Original GBA game
Summary: Any cartoon games in the past have always been terrible, no matter what console they appear on but the makers of this one seemed to have realised that terrible doesn't sell. Saying this though the last hamtaro game was good too. Basically, there is a new ham ham, and he's up to no good. You have to piece together the broken friendships of the ham hams and restore peace to the ham ham clubhouse.
