    There’s nothing I can tell you about DKC 3 that you don’t already know but to refresh your memory this is the one starring Dixie and Kiddy Kong; Rare’s third and in my opinion second best (after 2) in the series that shocked and rocked a nation with photo real 16-bit 2D. Between Dixie’s hover and prehensile hair and Kiddy’s brawn 3 is jam packed with the usual pattern based mayhem on land, through caverns, and undersea, with an extra helping of switch pulling...     Having told my conclusion in the introduction, I don’t have much to say actually. If you like the genre, then you’ll find an ideal example of genre-well-done in Donkey Kong Country 3. Make sure, if it is waiting under the Christmas tree that they’ll open the gifts at the beginning of the evening, that gives you something far more intrigueing to do than listening to your uncle Ulrig’s drunken load of bull or to the backbiting of horny aunt Helen.     • a lot of variation, very long-lasting, fantastic gameplay, extremely exciting and addictive
    • no intro-movie and no bloody will make up for it!, Graphically, was more convincing

    After the first two Donkey Kong Countries were released on Game Boy Advance, we all knew the third was coming eventually. The first two Donkey Kong Countries were pretty good ports, so we could almost expect that this port would be good as well. Donkey Kong Country 3 was never my favorite Donkey Kong game, I thought the first two were much better. However, when you don’t compare it to anything, it’s still a very solid platformer. Read more

    There’s nothing really wrong with the graphics or the sound, it’s just that these areas aren’t necessarily impressive. Considering that this game is a port, being faithful to the original is a given. It would’ve been nice had the game been overhauled, but what’s there still is decent. It gets the job done, so to speak. On the technical side, there’s not really much to credit this title. Read more

Features

The Donkey Kong Country 3 is a platform game with solid run-and-jump gameplay. It has more than 50 levels and features a new world named Pacifica. It offers numerous of bonus rooms and minigame. The events of the game were located in the Northern Kremisphere, a hitherto unseen part of the DK Isles. The main characters are Dixie Kong and her toddler cousin Kiddy Kong. They have to rescue Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong from K. Rool who is controlling the Kremling Krew under the leadership of robot Kaos. Dixie Kong’s abilities are body slam to lift up Kiddy onto shoulders to break cracks and tossing partner, twirling, helicopter spin to cross large gaps or collects item and barrel ride. As for Kiddy Kong, his abilities are Team Toss, roll which is more powerful, travel further distance and faster as compare to Dixie’s twirl and wafer skip. They collect bananas, K-O-N-G letter and life balloons golden animal tokens for extra lives and bonus level. They collect bear coins to purchase merchandise or information from The Brother Bears, thirteen Bear. Along the quest, the Kong family and animal buddies will offer helps to the Kongs with their best.
