Better than Crash Bandicoot XS, but it couldn't get much worse....

Summary: I'll be honest, this game isn't all that bad. In fact, I had fun playing and would still be if not for this blasted headache (too much World of Warcraft). It's dirty great fun considering how underplayed GBA games are in this day and age, but it could've been so much more. Then again, it's Vicarious Visions, so I don't expect a great deal from them. As far as the story goes, it's a direct sequel to the first game.
Summary: I bought this game last sunday and returned it today (1 sunday on) . I bought it because i luv crash bandicoot games i own numbers 2 and 3 on ps1 and i own crash team racing and crash bash on ps1. anyway, i started playing and it was so repeatative. it was the same levels in every world : 2 walking 1s, 1 shark level thing, 1 rolling in a ball thing and 1 where you are a lil helicopter. so i think i was near the end of the game and i knew i had 2 return it.
Summary: Maybe it's just me, but aren't nearly all sequels (and ps-to-gameboy games) nowhere near as good as the first? This one's no exception. Take the original Crash 2 for the PS1, take out all the halfway decent graphics, add a few new characters, add ten quid onto the price, and you've got it.
Summary: this game is good but it is no way as good as the first. the ghraphics are still amazing but have turned a bit babyish since ther first one which was brilliant. the game play is good and the new features are an excellent addition but i still think that the original crash bandicoot for the gameboy advance was better.
