Summary: I absolutely love this game. I found it quite difficult at first, especially when the gems speed up after starting quite gently. If you like Tetris or Denki Blocks, then this one is for you too. My only critisism is that you have to complete enough levels for it to save, if you don't, then you have to start back at an earlier level, which accounts for my lost hours!!!
Summary: I agree with all of the previous reviews here, even, up to a point, with the review that only gave it 1 star. It is very fast - I would argue not too fast, just fast enough to be a challenge - but still fast and therefore difficult. Personally I think that is a good thing, though, unless you have an unaturally short attention span, in which case, it probably is frustrating that you can't get it totally right first time.
Summary: If you like Columns on the Mega Drive, then you'll love this - this is one of the most addictive games on the GBA - yes it is difficult, but that's what makes it so appealing - add to this the fact that it is available brand new so cheaply then you have a winning combination. A must for any GBA collection!
Summary: I bought this game because I am a big fan of puzzle games - Tetris and the like. However, this GBA version of the classic Columns is just awful to play and is far too difficult. The coloured blocks (or diamonds, or whatever) spin and fall far too quickly for you to place them in time - and some colours are too similiar to each other to be able to tell them apart. It's just too fast a game and this makes it incredibly frustrating to play.
Summary: If you had a megadrive ... you would already know that it is one of the great puzzle games, and a classic rival of tetris, this game is much like tetris, but I would say much better, the graphics are more bubbly and fun, their are many many modes of play ensuring that this game will last you a long time and is very good value for money. It has a great multiplayer game in the cart to add even more lifespan to this game. Buy this game its worth it.
Summary: Der Puzzelklassiker von SEGA nun auf dem GBA.
Summary: Schon vor einem guten Monat erschien in Deutschland SEGA´s Columns-Ableger für den Gameboy Advance: "Columns Crown".
