Banjo Pilot (Game Boy Advance) Review

Cubed³
3 September 2005
  • Summary: Rare has been extremely busy on Nintendo’s Game Boy Advance, the highest selling platform across the world. This, consider how it is wholly owned by Microsoft now, is quite an amazing feat, especially as the quality has been so high on its previous three solo releases and the Donkey Kong Country...

Banjo Pilot Review

VideoGamer.com
22 August 2005
  • Excerpt: Banjo Pilot was originally announced around the time of the GBA's conception, albeit as Diddy Kong Pilot - the game that was to use a tilt sensor to traverse the courses. Gone is Diddy Kong and all associated Nintendo characters; gone is the tilt sensor and any originality it could have brought to...

  • Conclusion: From this menu screen we can easily make the assumption that the game will include standard Grand Prix and Time Trial modes. “Trophies” seems like it will be a section to showcase the awards you’ve won for completing challenges in the game, although let’s not put money down on that.

  • Excerpt: Overall it’s a nice cheap bargain game on the GBA and if you’re a fan of the bear and his loudmouthed foul beaked partner then this is a nice addition to your set. If not? Well there’s always Mario Kart or Diddy Kong Racing to play. Otherwise this gets a nice steady 3 out of 5.

Banjo Pilot Review

Eurogamer
25 February 2005
  • Conclusion: And that, ladies and gentlemen is about all we can reasonably tell you about Rare's latest, and by no means greatest handheld title. Overall not a bad attempt to move the Mario Kart formula into the skies by any means, but one that's initially far too easy, then bizarrely too tough, and chock full...

Batman: Dark Tomorrow

neXGam
3 March 2006
  • Summary: Auf der Games Convention 2002 hatte ich Gelegenheit Batman: Dark Tomorrow zum ersten Mal anzuspielen. Damals war mein erster Eindruck nach 10 Minuten Spielzeit positiv und ich freute mich auf die finale Fassung. Vor zwei Tagen hielt ich das Endprodukt erwartungsvoll in den feuchten Händen.
