Summary: The camera is quite capable given that it's a mere 1.3 MP. Looks eggcelent! I would recommend this system to anyone. I'm going to purchase another for myself in the very near future... had I known it was this amazing, I would have bought one for my daughter and myself a long time ago.
Pros: 1. The graphics are breathtaking. Games look as smooth as my high-end PC graphics or the XBox 360. Movies (the one it came with, Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs) look equivalent to blu-ray on my $2000 HD TV. 2. I bought this for my 8 year old daughter, and the game that was bundled with the PSP...
Cons: 1. Speaker quality isn't superb, but hey, it isn't a dolby digital/THX system. The highest volume level really isn't all that audible even if you don't have much else going on in the background. Just get some quality earbuds/headphones and you're all set. So it really isn't too much a con, moreso...
Summary: I used Bling brand Platinum DVD software to turn the my nephew's DVD collection into playable media for the PSP. The software is really simple to use. Select what you're copying from (DVD), then select what you want to play it on (PSP) and the software does the rest.
Pros: This bundle comes with a lot of stuff. The video camera will take OK video and still shots. The movie and the game are good. You can load DVDs on the card after encoding them on the computer. Works great as a MP3 music player. Invizimals is a very original idea for a game.
Cons: Memory card is a bit small if you want to put video on it or a lot of music. Larger cards are cheep. No big deal. The vast majority of UMD movies available for PSPs are adult in nature. Apparently Sony doesn't own the rights to many kids movies. Since they offer only Sony owned media for UMD disc...
Summary: Looking for a PSP bundle to buy? hands down the best you will find unless you are more keen to the Metal Gear Solid franchise
Pros: -Price -comes with two very solid games that flow even on the psp controls - the added color design with NO LAME LOGO ON THE BACK. Just a nice black and red contrast -3000 series is much lighter on weight
Cons: No offense to PlayStation lovers, but these things still give me hand cramps when playing more then 30 minutes strait. No need to take an egg off since everyone knows they aren't the most comfortable items and are meant for portability
Summary: Mine came with a dead/stuck pixel but that kind of stuff happens no reason to take eggs off.
Pros: This is a great deal if you're looking to get a PSP. -2 great games -An enjoyable movie -2Gb memory card which is a pretty good size depending on what you're doing with it -Red and black case looks amazing
Cons: -Game and movie come in cardboard containers not full cases -GoW Chains of Olympus is a 1.3Gb download -2Gb can be pretty small when it comes to downloadable games, movies, and music
Pros: this is purely a hardware review. The new camera add on is very useful for recording and taking pictures. Also it gave away in the set cloudy with a chance of meatballs and a camera oriented game also one gb of memory. the best part of this thing is it's better than the psp 1001 series due to the...
Cons: the only flaw I can think of is the lag time of the sound recorder. but thats all
Summary: absolutely no dead pixels, perfect little lcd, sony improved tremendously from the launch of the ps2 to the now roughly 3% failure raiting of its consoles compared to microsofts 35-50%. the movie and game were excellent. i didn't buy it off here because i simply couldn't wait 3 days.
Pros: doubled RAM for faster loading times, sony oc'ed the cpu a little to 333mhz from 222mhz so that it doesn't lag too often, and on top of that, you get a blood red psp with kratos silkscreen, what more could you want.
Pros: Well i have the Dax PSP.. Its basically the same thing, but i heard this one looks alot cooler.. If anyone wants a PSP i highly suggest checking it out. Chains of Olympus was an amazing game that i thought was better on PSP then on PS2. The graphics are good quality on these things... I thought i...
Cons: Its hard to find time to play on a PSP because i dont just sit around my house and play it when i could be playing my comp or my PS3. If you dont get out much on long car rides or plane rides then its kind of a waste of $200 but you will always have it around if you do travel across america.
