Excerpt: I have a psp and I think it is fantastic. I have a Nintendo ds too but I think the psp is a little bit better. The psp has good graphics and you can even use the Internet on it. You can put pictures, music, videos, and you can even download games onto the psp. About one week ago i found out that you could hook a camera up to the psp. The only thing that sucks about the psp is if you want to play someone one on one you would need the link cable.
Excerpt: My biggest beef with the PSP is the sound. The sound is fairly good for games, but in my opinion leaves alot to be desired for movies and music. The quality is fairly good, but the sound volume is only moderate. My problem with it is if I'm watching an action movie, I want the special effects to be LOUD and in your face. Even with the ear buds, the sound doesn't go above a moderate volume level.
Excerpt: My oldest son just celebrated his 8th birthday requested to get a PSP. So my husband I did some research and found that the best deal on it was to get a bundle deal. So we purchased the Rockband bundle that came with the move School of Rock. We already knew he loved the movie and he liked guitar hero so we figured this was a good choice. Well our choice payed off. He liked the game and loved that he go the movie.
Excerpt: I bought the PSP after I saw one that one of my coworkers purchased two weeks ago. He also purchased a lot of add ons, but what I saw was impressive: he could watch TV from his home while at work, even changing channels! When I saw that, I had to have one. After charging the battery and doing the initial configuration (language, date, etc.) and installing the 1GB memory stick, I configured it for my wireless network. And I was surfing the web in under 10 minutes.
Excerpt: i love sony products. in fact i have bought sony tv, radios, digital cameras, and walkman back in late 1990's through early 2000. altough i was fan of sony products, i always wondered why they do not expand their interest into handheld video game console. as most of us are aware, when it comes to handheld video game console, no one can compete against mighty nintendo.
Excerpt: I have to admit that the Sony PSP is a life saver! Especially if you travel with kids! This smaller version of the Play Station is small enough to fit in your hand; but, it has a very wide LCD screen which has excellent picture ability. The screen itself measures about 2 1/2 inches high by 4 inches wide. The entire unit measures 3 inches wide by 7 inches wide and is only 3/4 of an inch thick!
Excerpt: My son received this for Christmas last year because it was the latest fad. I refused to buy it because of the price but he convinced his father to buy it. After a couple of weeks, my son packed it up and played with his sisters' DS Lite. I was bored one day and decided to see what this expensive toy was all about. Because I love to read, I chose to read the manual first. As I was reading the manual, I became excited because of all the features.
Excerpt: PSP the system is great that it got everything like the Internet, radio, music, settings, has a video player, and a camera for picture in your background for the PSP. The PSP Internet is good that u can browse the internet to look all your favorite stuff but you cannot play video player because the system does not have any upgrade for the sytem just to browse the website oh yeah and cannot play online games but it does other features like saving picture from the internet...
Excerpt: The PSP was met with a great deal of skepticism at launch and rightfully so. Nintendo had dominated the handheld market since inception and they weren't about to be beat. However, the PSP over the years has come into its own. Sony has diligently updated the firmware to add a plethora of features beyond games. The games alone are awesome. Getting used to the analog nub may take a bit, but it is worth it. I'd also invest in a beefy memory stick pro duo, at least 2GB.
Excerpt: Most of the handheld gaming systems are very hard to see because they aren't lit up, or because the screen is to small. But NOT THIS ONE! I could not believe the clarity of the picture on the screen. It's better than my t.v.! Both my boys love it. I'm even considering buying another for traveling this summer. You can buy special UMD discs that play movies for the system too, and they are very reasonably priced.
